As Satyr awoke from his deep rest, he found himself In his apartment in the Uchiha district. Today was the day, he thought to himself, the day that his plans would be set in motion at last. The day that he would leave this country as his home, leave the Uchiha complex that he had lived in his entire life. Today was the day that he would be stealing the kinjutsu scroll from konoha, and then take it back to kirigakure to buy his way in to their shinobi force. He was hoping that he would eventually get to become a powerful force in his own right under the guidance of kirigakure, as he had deemed them worthy enough to take him, and worthy enough to make him become as powerful as he could be. He was unsure of what else he might have to do before he became trusted enough to be left unguarded and unwatched, but he would get to that part later on. First he would need to leave konoha for good.
The first thing on his agenda would need to be locating where the kinjutsu scroll would be, as he doubted it would have been kept in the library, but non the less that would be his first port of call. He got every thing he might ever need from his apartment, and said goodbye to it, as he highly doubted he would ever return to this exact place. On his way to leaving the Uchiha complex, he quickly visited the Uchiha clan temple, the holy ground and place for his clan for many many generations. Some how, he felt sure that his ancestors were both watching him, and felt pleased at the choices he was making, after all, his clan had been put down by this village, their true power subdued and held back. Satyr knew what it meant to be an Uchiha, and what he should do. His eventual goal was to let this world burn by his hand, the side he was on did not matter, only that the blood was flowing from his hands. That is what it meant to be an Uchiha, with their entire history stained in blood.
After leaving the Uchiha complex completely, it did not take Satyr very long at all before he reached where the town library was, as he knew all the routes to and from that place. As he reached the building, he checked out side before entering. But he could see no one, clearly his plan on getting friendly with the village had paid off as it appeared that he was not being followed, and thus was trusted enough to perform his task at hand. He opened the door cautiously, and noted that the librarian was still their before they changed shift. He looked at the time and noted that he would have about 20 minutes until the shift changed, leaving this area open with no witnesses for a few minutes at that time. The librarian turned to him and asked “Do you require assistance?” to which Satyr replied “No thanks, I know what I need to get if it is actually here.” He then walked casually down the isle straight to the back of the library, where there was a sectioned off area for authorized personnel only, needing to be authorized by the hokage him self. Luckily for him no one was in the library other than him and those working here, and they did not notice him go there.
As he was in the section he quickly scanned through the books completely, using his sharingan to help him search even faster. As he originally suspected, the scroll that he was after was not held here, deemed too important for the public library, even if in the sectioned off area. Once discovering this he quickly left, not talking to the librarian who had just gone on her break, making sure that he made as little contact with the village as possible.
Once having left the library, his next thought as to where it could be held was the room in the hokages office, that was primarily to hold important tomes of information suitable for the hokage’s eyes only, or those that the hokage trust in greatly. This would be more tricky how ever, as there were often patrols going down the hall way from where the hokage usually spent his days. He would need to be quick and enter unseen, so that he could escape undetected, making his entire mission far safer. If he was caught his life would immediately become in jeopardy, as numerous jounin level ninjas and ANBU black ops would come after him to retrieve the scroll and eliminate the threat to the country.
To reach where the hokage’s office was situated, he took the most back routes and unused path ways that he knew of, trying his utmost to reach his destination undetected. The few people that he did see along the way he tried to not make him self stand out to, trying to look like just any other person, as opposed to some one suspicious. Despite wearing a cloak he still had the Uchiha clan fan upon his back, which he still felt pride in, and so never chose to revoke that, so if some one looked at him from behind then they would see he was an Uchiha, how ever that on its own would not cause alarm, as they were technically still part of the village, despite being shunned, and the only response it would invoke in those who saw would be a silent fear, knowing that this man could be dangerous.
As he entered the main building, he acted as any one normally would when entering. Going up the stairs in the direction of where the hokage stayed to give out requested missions or take in reports from completed missions. On his first way walking past the little room where the hokage kept personal things that they might ever want, such as medical tomes or past history detailed, even in some cases auto biography’s of them selves where they would write about the actions they have under taken and for what reasons, so that later hokage’s can learn from what the previous hokages have done, Satyr could hear the foot steps of either an other team or an ANBU black ops member, in either case he did not want to be seen loitering outside of a place he should not be in, and so he carried on walking straight past the doors to where his objective was, making him look like he was heading to where the hokage was either to receive a mission or alternatively report on one he had recently completed.
As it turned out the people wandering down towards him was just a team consisting of 3 chuunin from the looks of it, and so he had little to worry about. He passed them and they did not even look twice at him, obviously just thinking he was here on official business. Before Satyr got too close to the hokages office he turned around again, walking back down towards his target, where he believed it would be kept. On his way back down and around he neither saw nor heard any one, and so he decided that this would be the time to slip into the room. He quickly and quietly opened the door, and dashed in side, closing the door behind him quietly again. He activated his sharingan, now with two tomoe in giving him even better speed at which to scan the room. He looked around to begin with, searching for a light to turn on, as there were no windows in this room, so he could barely see any thing even with the sharingan due to the only light source being the crack in between the doors.
He soon found the light switch, turning it on to bathe the room in a yellow glow, and then swiftly started to go about his own personal mission, finding the kinjutsu scroll and taking it for him self. As he was looking around though, he could see potentially hundreds of scrolls, many of which all detailed jutsu’s of some nature or another. ‘This might take longer than I thought’ he thought to him self, and then picked up the first scroll. It was talking specifically about all kinds of medical ninjutsu, written by the 5th hokage, known for her medical ninjutsu skills. He quickly dropped it down and grabbed the next on the shelf. This one also was about medical ninjutsu, so he placed that down with the last. ‘This whole section must be about medical ninjutsu he thought, then walked over to the other side of the room and started taking scrolls from there. The first one he picked up from over there was not a medical ninjutsu, but was merely about the history of konoha and the previous kages. That was not what he wanted and so he walked over to another part of the room. Again no luck, it was a scroll talking about the origins the team set up and battalion set up, detailing how formations worked best in war time. He grabbed a few others from that side, also talking about how to best strategically prepare a nation for war. All of this was not what he was after however useful it might have been under the right circumstances. He started getting impatient, hurling scrolls from the book shelf on to the floor after reading through them quickly. As more and more scrolls and books fell from the last shelf he noticed that there appeared to be a compartment behind the shelf. He quickly grabbed the scrolls one by one, throwing them down as quickly as he could. He had been in here a while now and it was only a matter of time before some one noticed that he was in here and what he was doing. As the shelf became clear, he saw now what he could not when he first entered the room. A mini door was in the centre of it, which he immediately opened, finding what he had been searching for, for such a long time. The scroll it self was red and leathery, and felt very heavy to him. He opened it to see if it was what he was after, and after looking at the first few jutsus he realised that this was definitely what he had been looking for. The jutsus names were all slightly familiar, many being used by famous ninjas from konoha. He rolled the scroll back up and placed it with in his chuunin back pack.
On his way out of the room he noticed that there had been a team consisting of 3 genin and a jounin coming down in his direction. He knew that the genin would have no idea what he had been doing and would think nothing less of him, but the jounin would immediately realise what was going on and chase after him or alert the konoha force. He immediately ran as fast as he could, running out of the administrative building, leaping down the side of it rather than taking the steps. With what could potentially happen he would need to leave konoha as fast as possible, taking the most direct route. Not paying attention in the direction he was leaving he was heading west, rather than east towards kiri like he had originally intended. But right now that did not matter, he could divert around at a later date. For now he would just need to get safe as fast as he could, that was his top priority right now. He ran across roofs, not paying attention to any one else he could see down below, and before very long at all he came to the great wall of konoha. As he stood ontop of it he looked back at konoha. He was finally leaving it for good. “Bye bye konoha, my home. We shall meet again” He said as a parting farewell, then jumped down onto the other side of the wall, and started running through the forest.
