Stealing the Kinjutsu Scroll

It was an early morning, The Uchiha found himself wandering aimlessly around the city he had no direct course of action it was as one would say one of his downtimes. He had not planned on training and wasn't really in the mood, but he did find himself in a awkward mood. He was highly curious about getting into some mischief but he had no idea where to start looking for said mischief. His feet found himself outside of one of the local taverns which the older people of the village always seemed to converge on after their many hours of playing games at the local parlors. [108]

Nabito wandered inside the tavern, he looked much older then others of his age which did not hinder his ability to walk amongst the adults of the village. He found little of interest going on merely entering the establishment. So he found himself sitting himself down at one of the tables nearest the stairs. His blindfold caused many of the patrons to look at him a moment at such an odd sight but slowly one by one turned back to their drinks and continued on their conversations without so much as a second thought to the young man. Nabito smirked softly as interest at his arrival died down. [108]

Nabito was approached by one of the waitresses "Hello there sir, what will you have to drink?" she asked with a warming smile on her face. Nabito looked up at the woman and smiled at her softly keeping to his sense of secrecy which would allow him to continue his presence here at the establishment. "Just a glass of water please and whatever pastery that is fresh please." He stated softly. The woman smiled softly at him and leaned down placing her hands on the table, "Are you sure that is all you wish to have?" she asked as he obviously positioned herself to show him a plentiful view of her bossom. Nabito being a man of course took in the view and he smirked softly and looked up at her gently, "As much as other things play to my appetite i must respectfully decline."He said softly. She smiled coyly at him and shrugged her shoulders with a playful smirk, "Suit yourself love.."She said before turning around and sauntering off back to retreive his order. Nabito turned his eyes to those present in the room and slowly wandered around from face to face his eyes never staying on one person longer then the other due to the face that he did not want to draw unwanted attention to his presence. [110]

As the waitress returned to his table she reached up and shuffled his hair about softly and smiled at him, "Here you are cutie.."Nabito smiled falsely and nodded his head. "Thank you."He said softly. As she departed he scowled he hated when people touched him uninvited it really set his nerves on fire. He scowled a few moments longer before tossing it aside without another thought spared to it. He picked up his glass of water and continued to monitor the tavern taking small bites of his pastery as he watched. He had other things he really could be proactively doing at this point but he didn't want to partake at the moment. [116]

Minutes slowly turned into hours that seemed to drag on and on. He leaned his head back and closed his eyes forcing sleep to not take him in high anticipation to keep himself awake for hopefully finding something interesting enough to keep himself occupied. He snapped his head upward and growled lightly in frusteration, "Oh man..."he muttered and shook his head softly. "This is hopeless..."he stated and placed money on the table to pay for his purchases. Nabito stood up adjusting his stance slightly and proceeded to head towards the door, something out of the corner of his eye caught his attention.[104]

In the corner of the room that he had no view of from the table he was seated at sat two Shinobi by all looks seemed to be guards from the Hokage's office. This intrigued him slightly, he slinked over to a table that was hidden away from the eye of the guards and sat down at the table. He leaned his head slowly to the left and began to overhear their conversation which took place hoping to find information that would present itself as not so much important but as in useful to help aleviate him of the current boredom he was suffering through and hopefully bring about something facinating. [112]

"I get so tired of guarding those stupid scrolls..."the guard sighed and tapped his finger lightly against the saucer which held his tea which steam was slowly rising off the surface and skyward. The other guard grunted softly "I agree, but we provide a valuable service to keeping those Jutsu scrolls from falling into the wrong hands. The Jutsus of great shinobi's lost are kept in that library it is our duty to make sure nothing happens to them. Surely you can understand it's importance." He stated softly and waved his friends gruppy attitude away as just a man with a morose attitude for the day.[109]

The Uchiha listened carefully with peeked interest as they mentioned Jutsu scrolls, he smirked softly as this was what he was waiting for all day long. He glanced around to see if anyone was noticing how he was paying close attention to their conversation as not to alert them of his presence. "Is it almost that time to head back?" one guard asked the other. The other nodded his head softly and sighed finishing his cup of tea and placing the money for both's beverage on the table standing up straightening out their clothes before turning and walking out of the tavern. Nabito smirked as his good fortune and how it seemed to shine on him this day. He pushed himself up from his seat and headed out of the tavern. He closed his eyes softly as he stood outside, the sun seemed just that much brighter at the moment. He grinned softly and turned to walk back to his apartment so he could devise a plan to infiltrate the temple and get ahold of one of those scrolls. He knew it would be hard and that he had to be prepared. He tapped his chin softly and wondered slightly how he would be able to gain access to the vault of the scrolls without arousing alarms or suspicion it then dawned on him. [122]

Nabito grinned firmly as found himself outside the Main temple. He watched the guards patterns changing back and forth as they guard the outside. He was not unrealistic he knew there was more guards inside and if the alarms were aroused outside the one's inside would shift to high alert and maintain a presence inside incase the outter defenses were breached. The Uchiha knew stealth would play here, he set himself to work, he slipped down the tree silently and lerked in the shadows slowly making his way forward bush to bush keeping out of sight. If a guard turned any attention to him he would throw a pebble or some small piece of debris to the opposite side drawing their attention away from him. [125]

He performed this task halfway up to the temple, once he reached the halfway point he sat down reaching into the back of his pouch and retreived a item he had devised to assist him in taking down the up coming guards. He tied the wire to a group of small steel battles and began spinning them around in a circle before snapping up and hurling it towards the Guard. The Guard suddenly got smacked in the back of the head dropping down to the ground. Nabito lunged forward from the safety of his cover and covered the distance quickly and quietly picking up the fallen guard and jumping into the shadows once more. [114]

Nabito laid the guard down gently and crouched from his vantage point just right of the temple entrance and watched for a few moments. He had not enough time earlier in the day to watch their routine's so he had to improvise on that respect which costed him time watching but he did not want to get caught what he was doing could literally be considered a crime. He smirked softly as he saw no other guards appear or come out of the temple. He moved to the entrance of the temple and cracked open the door slightly as to not cause any noise. He glanced inside seeing the guards making their circular patrols on the sides of the temple. He grinned, things could not be going any better. [129]

He lunged in through the door and proceeded to run up the wall and perched himself in the corner where the wall met the ceiling. He waited until one of the guards passed cautiously underneath him. He smiled and proceeded make his way along the ceiling making sure to stop when a set or single guard appeared beneath him. He strained slightly as the Chakra he took to hold him up was quite extensive. He shook his head at the exhertion it took to keep his body up in the air. But he proceeded on until he reached the area where he needed to take the stairs downward towards the scroll vaults. He dropped down onto the ground and proceeded down the stairs. [123]

He slowly made his way down the stairs and proceeded out onto the floor, he did not see any guards pacing the hallways so he proceeded to make his way out onto a landing which over looked the scroll cases. He saw two Shinobi who were sentry guarding the entrance to the library. He placed his hands together and suddenly summoned his Chakra casting a Genjutsu of his own design. In the Distance the Shinobi saw movements sprinting off into different directions "Did you see that? Let's go!" One said to the other and took off after the apperitions. He smirked softly and jumped down into the chamber below. [109]

Nabito slowly walked around the cases which held the most powerful Jutsu's ever devised by Shinobi of Konoha and some of them outside of the village. He felt literally like a kid in a candy store. He saw something out of the corner of his eye as he made his round and saw a sort of alter with a scroll placed below a large picture depicting the 4th Hokage of Konoha. He blinked softly and made his way forward and looked at the scroll and allowed his jaw to drop slowly, this scroll contained the Thunder God Technique which allowed him to transport instantly from anyplace he tagged. He grinned softly he knew this would be overly useful. [118]

He suddenly heard a noise coming back towards the chamber, he cursed softly and stuffed the scroll into his jacket and ran the length of the room using his Chakra flow skill to scale the wall quickly. Sweat beaded his forehead as he finally made it to the top and over back onto the landing. He glanced back and saw the guards re-entering the room scratching the back of their hands wondering slightly what they had just seen. Nabito smirked tiredly and proceeded to run from the depths of the temple back up the stairs and once more was able to make his way outside a lot easier then it had been to infiltrate the place in the first place. Nabito returned back to his apartment and pulled his jacket off his body and tossed it into the corner where he normally kept it. He reached up removing his blindfold in his dimly lit room. He reached down into the pouch which he had transferred the scroll to in his flight from the temple and pulled it out. He walked over to his desk and sat down in the chair and unrolled the scroll looking down at the delicately written script along with pictures that depicted exactly how moves were performed the scripting explaining the reason for these movements and what they symbolized. He studied the scroll closely reading it well into the night. He could not believe how advanced this Jutsu was. He could barely wrap his head around it, it seemed like it required a fine bit of Chakra manipulation to be able to bend time. He shook his head softly and leaned back in his chair and looked around a moment looking for a way to possibly use this manuver to test it out if he got it down right. He made a mark on a tag he had laying around and placed the tag a small distance off from where he was currently standing. He closed his eyes and quickly made a handseal which caused his body to spasm slightly. [121]

In a flash of an eye he was able to transport his body from the place he was currently at to the place where he had placed the Tag. He blinked softly as his body once more adjusted to having been spirited away from one point to another. He smirked softly and suddenly knew this ability would come heavily in hand when needed. He bounced softly up and down on the balls of his feet suddenly energetic. He walked back over to the scroll and rolled it up sliding the seal back onto it. He turned to grab his coat and head off to return it but slowed to a stop. If he was able to take this scroll.....[119]

That means other's would be able to as well, he frowned softly and shook his head. He could not allow another to be able to use this ability. He did not want to be at equal with anyone. He tucked the scroll into his hand and turned around and placed it safely somewhere inside his room where he knew no one but him would be aware of where to find it. He shook his head softly and nodded, it was a crime not to return it but that mattered little to him, he needed to be able to ensure that no one would be able to use this ability save him. [111]
