The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

The brisk winter air brought a great relief to the young Uchiha who went by the name of Kurix. Sitting at his favorite ramen stand the young shinobi focused on one thing and one thing only and that was downing the bowl of ramen set in front of him as fast as possible. Blessing his food and sliding the ryou over to the cashier the genin shinobi started to go to work on the hot steaming bowl of noodle soup. “RAMEN IS SO GOOD IN THE WINTER TIME!” Kurix shouted as he was already done with his serving. “Thank you sir here is a tip.” Kurix said as he placed more cash down on the counter and headed for the Uchiha compound. As he made it to the entrance a man with the mizu headband stood in front of the door. “By order of the Mizukage I was sent here to give you this scroll. It is to show our villages appreciation for taking out three of our country most wanted criminals under b-rank.” The shinobi said as he outstretched his arm. A bit confused Kurix shrugged and grabbed the scroll. In an instant the shinobi who stood before him burst into a puddle of water and flew into the sky. “Well that was not weird at all.” Kurix laughed as he made his way to the training ground. “I wonder what this scroll is all about?” Kurix thought as he unrolled the scroll and started to read its contents.

The young shinobi's eyes scanned the scroll reading everything from top to bottom. A cheshire grin appeared on the face of Kurix as his eyes opened wide. “THANKS MIZUKAGE A NEW JUTSU!” Kurix shouted as he committed to a black flip landing directly on his feet. “So I simply do these hand seals and focus my chakra.” Kurix mumbled as he followed the scrolls instructions. “Hidden Mist Technique!” Kurix cried out as the room suddenly filled with a dense fog that made visibility almost zero to none. “Perfect now lets see that Yuki bastard escape me this time.” The Uchiha genin said in a devilish voice.
