The start of elemental ninjutsu, the first on the list is Katon the fire element.

Katon - Kaenhoushaki - Flame Thrower
The user's breath becomes a flame as they blew outward towards the opponent this is a beginner's katon jutsu.

Katon-Housenka no jutsu - Mythical Fire Bird Technique
This ninjutsu uses the fire element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Katon - Taiyou Inferuno - Solar Inferno
Using the heat from the sun and the chakra of the shinobi to focus it in their palm. They can release a wave of fire from within the palm. The only think about this jutsu it burns like a raging inferno. Without ever stopping till it hits something. The move travels in a straight forward line.

Katon-Goukakyuu no jutsu - Great Fireball Technique
Using the fire element, the user draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

Is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the shinobi will expel an ash from their mouth. This large cloud begin to envelope his foe and when clicking their teeth, the cloud will ignite in an explosion.

Just like a Kage bunshin no jutsu a clone of the user is created but with fire element chakra inside of them. This drains the user a little more but gives something even better. When the clone is hit and explodes fire rushes over the opponent making him or her smokey.

This fire can be made more powerful with the introduction of wind from a wind element attack.

Breathing out a large bird of flames the phoenix of hell is burn with it's fire like body to burn anything in it's path. A jutsu so strong that it was almost dimmed a Kinjutsu. Until someone found out the weakness to the powerful Katon.

Breathing out from the pits of hell is a red dragon that roars of flames. Like it's counter parts this jutsu was almost forbidden until a man found out the weak points on them.

Spawn from the pits a of black fire in hell the birth of the counter part of the Burning Hell Phoenix Jutsu. It's said this jutsu can cancel out the fire of the Burning Hell Phoenix and smother the opponent in black flames that only burn the skin slowly leaving it black.

A similar to the chidori/raikiri , the user focuses chakra into their arm, however this jutsu is slower but packs a more powerful attack. as the punch is launched a phoenix in mid flight is seen heading towards the target (beak is where the fist is.)
