Hello and welcome back everyone,

I'm Zelven or Z depending on how you know me and wish to know me. As you all know NFM is a large project that has been worked and redone since 2007 -2008 from MSN Groups. Well we've closed and opened the site many times. However this time it shall be a little different because of the new rules and new system that was placed into it a while ago. Anyway this is the rules to having to returning you have three choices each is somewhat harder then the last. This is to help combat the previous system just a bit and some things.

*If Remaking a or continue please post it on the Shinobi Profile again, place "New Remake"*
Items to be returned are Limited Scrolls of 3 or lower, TPT Items, Quest Items (depends)

Rebirth - Starting New Character
Positive Effect
+ Start off as Genin
+ Gain 15% to 25% of First Character's Stats
+ Gain One Quest Item from First Character
+ New character gains 15% of your previous Ryou.

- only 25% of TP is Transfered
- Shop Items you purchased all are given back and 25% refund is given to you even for TP.
- Old Character Dies

Continuing - Same Character
Positive Effect -
+ Gain One Quest Item
+ Stay at Same Rank depending on Stats.
+ Gain all Ryou from Shop Refunds as well
+ Gain only 25% of TP that spend on Items
+ Old Characters live on.

- Stats are decreased to Current Rank
- Jutsus that were learned if not at the Requirement for them are locked till Character reaches goal.
- Get added to the family tree of a NPC

Death and Starting over - Killed off Old to start Anew
Positive Effect -
+/- Old Character Dies
+/- After training you gain 15% of OC stats added on to NC plus the Training Rewards.
+/- Starting rank is Academy Student.

You can only have one of these packs after which.

Two Character Rules - Rebirth and/or Death
+ Add All stats together and divide by 2
+ All items(TPT, Legendary, Quest, Scrolls) are return and gain 25% item refunds
+ Gain Rank of First Character.

+/- Jutsus are locked depending on requirements

- Cannot Gain Any Quest Items.
- 2nd Character Dies.
