7th Traveling Rules

Traveling Rules:
1. If your rank is Genin you cannot leave the village and enter another village without permission from the Kage.
2. If Genin you must leave the village having at least two Genin's with you or having a Chuunin or higher up follow you as well. As well gaining your Temp. Passport.
3. Each Country takes at least 1 real day = (2 days in Naruto World) to reach so make your traveling believable.
4. You must have your passport with you at all times. To Obtain please visit your Kage to get a meeting set up for you.

Major Rule: You must place a traveling post of traveling no matter what on the travel board, you cannot travel to another country during a rp and end it with you staying there. If using the flying thunder god jutsu you do not have to do the 200 words. But you must have a small post of you performing and warping to the location with the tag or item being destroyed or vanishing of the seal. You also MUST have been their once before to use this Jutsu.

Requirements:
The requirement in order for you to move from place to place is 200 Words.
