Of Course everything will be open again just different ways in gaining them and some cases others will have to go through certain things. Most bijuus that cannot be obtain will be listed or shown on their names. But if anything the site will be up and going again as the message said at the end of the month. So be sure be ready, only thing i have to say is that the places must be set and ready to go. First Come First Serve, deal will be given out for the bijuus again, However it will not go as far as the Kyuubi being available it will start with the others be opening depending on the members that come back.
