Clan’s name: Kuro-kaze

Summary: A clan that stayed on the borders of the ocean but formerly a clan from the Hidden sand when it was constructed. They were wiped out by the Leaf during the great war. Fearing the annihilation of their clan the few remaining members fled from their village and the war. Only recently they resurfaced, there number slightly higher than before wishing to redeem themselves by swearing loyalty to the village. Most of the clans jutsu have been lost during the war except the basis of clans power... the Kuro no Senpuu.

- Diffrent Hues of green eyes, Yellow eyes, Different hues of blue
- Jet Black/ Snow white hair
- All Kuro-kaze have seals that are not activated on there hands feet and other parts of the body.

Unactivated Kuro no Senpuu [Dark Whirlwind Eye]
Little to no powers are available with the deactivated eye except that the Kuro-kaze clan member realizes that their projectiles slightly fly faster through the air than regular shinobi. Realizing that they have an act for using currents to their advantage.

Kuro no Senpuu [Dark Whirlwind Eye]
The basis of Kuro no Senpuu understanding. The origin of the doujutsu is a peaceful one, first used only to help direct ships to their intended destination using wind currents. The eye itself allows the user to see currents of all things. Water Currents, blood currents, and wind currents...eventually it was refined enough to see currents through solid surfaces. With the doujutsu the clan were able to manipulate wind in the direction they desired. With this ability the Kuro-kaze were able to control the wind current making them known for their sailing abilities by using wind and not water. The eye views currents almost as if they're transparent allowing the user to not be blinded by mass currents as well

Effects: Able to see currents of wind mass or higher even through solid surfaces and it gives him the abilityt to control the flow of wind and manipulate it as he or she sees fit.

Drain: 50 chakra to activate, 25 chakra per post

Taifuugan Abilities::.

Current Control
The innate ability to control and manipulate the wind by gazing at the immediate or nonexistent current. This allows the Kuro-kaze to redirect projectiles in mid-flight, essentially deflecting them by manipulating the wind around the object which in turn lets the Kuro-kaze slow or quicken the speed of a projectile as well. This can also be done with a mass or group of projectiles as long as sufficient chakra is utilized. In theory this can be done with almost anything as long as the Kuro-kaze has the will, power, and training to do it. This current control also allows the Kuro-kaze to literally have heightened control over fuuton jutsu allowing them to strengthen or disperse fuuton jutsu as will by seeing the current (and through training) manipulating an exact opposite current to cancel the opposing jutsu.

Redirection
Drain: 4% chakra to redirect a single projectile, 6% for chakra infused projectile
10% for medium sized thrown weapons, 15% for chakra infused medium weapons.

Base Abilities


Tsuyomeru
E-Rank: Able to increase or decrease Fuuton jutsu damage by +10 or -10
D-Rank:Able to increase or decrease Fuuton jutsu damage by +30 or -30
C-rank: Able to increase or decrease Fuuton jutsu damage by +40 or -40
B-Rank :Able to increase or decrease Fuuton jutsu damage by +50 or -50
A-Rank: Able to increase or decrease Fuuton jutsu damage by +50 or -50
S-Rank : Able to increase or decrease Fuuton jutsu damage by +60 or -60
Note: These modifiers are applied to the attack statistic.


Kuro no Senpuu [Dark Whirlwind Eye] Extended Arc
A stronger version of the Kuro no Senpuu with the pupils now resembling a vertical view of a tornado . All of the base powers are available but now stronger abilities can be learned. Raising the strength of the Current Control power the Kuro-kaze now has the ability Disperse opposing fuuton jutsu. The enhanced current control now allows the Kuro-kaze fuuton jutsu to become stronger and more dangerous than any other shinobi. Allowing the effects of fuuton jutsu to be enhanced.

Drain: 75 chakra to activate//40 chakra per post
Added Effects: Dispersions, Fuuton Effects
Requirements: 1000 words, Kuro no Senpuu

Dispersion – An ability that lets the user disperse opposing fuuton jutsu. This is capable by the Kuro-kaze creating the correct current of equal force in a way that cancels out the attacks.
Chakra Drain: Opposing jutsu drain

Fuuton Effects
Naturally when the Kuro no Senpuu is activated the Kuro-kaze is better able to control their wind jutsu and their effectiveness making so that natural effects are always within reach.


Kuro no Senpuu Dark Whirlwind Eye] Full arc
Granting the Kuro-kaze the full power of their bloodline having it so that the activated eye can now have supreme current control letting the user manifest fuuton jutsu. The arcs around the pupil grow even longer and thicker now making the final activated Kuro no Senpuu resemble the eye of a hurricane from a vertical view.
Gains: Fuuton Manifestations
Drain: 100 chakra to activate// 40 chakra per post
Requirement: 2000 words,Extended Arc


Fuuton Manipulation

The ability to let the Kuro-kaze gaze transfer chakra to wind and manipulate it in order to be used to harm the opponent or protect the user. This manipulation cannot take any specific form but the size and surface area can be augmented. Also the chakra infused wind retains and has the opportunity of the base abilities of cutting. These manifestations are usually focused wind blasts or slices of cutting wind.

Kuro-kaze Swift Element
Swift Element
Aspects – High Density Air || Strength || Speed || Heavy || Pressure
Description – A derived and controlled aspect of the Fuuton element. An training that was once given to the clans prodigy long ago. Used to increase their own prowess over their physicality though it can be used for elemental offensiveness. Having such control this style doesn't cut but pushes through. High density wind that can move heavy objects. If used accordingly and properly it can be used to propel A Kuro-kaze to higher plateaus than anyone using fuuton. Also in higher ranks if used offensively it can create bursts of high density air. Coupled with a seal placed on both of his hand, back, chest, thighs, shins, and feet it allows a Kuro-kaze to expel bursts of air from his body parts. Naturally strong against the Raiton Element but just as weak against the katon Element. Another downside is if not used properly the user will find himself unable to react to his own actions. Because this is the Fuuton element along with the seals placed on the Kaze-kuro's body it allows him to harness the higher fuuton Element. The seals partially allowing him to fully master his fuuton element;Not really gaining an affinity but enhancing its originality. The Element now complete.
Requirement: Fuuton Element, 75% Chakra Control, 2500 words, Lost Element Quest

heres the things I found wrong

- Cons - unable to gain a 2nd element <--- basicly saying the same thing as the first con
- the Hand Seals thing I find is kinda useless in my eyes.
- Change the unactivated kuro no senpuu to see the winds currents like flowing ash for something, the activation looks good so far but for the costs instead of what you sent me maybe more like something of 50/25 to 100-50 please.
- for the winds cutting powers you just have to be detailed about its sharpness in the post while using a chakra metal weapon.
- I see no issue so far with Swift, I would like for you to make jutsu's for Swift if your okay with that so you and any other clan member of the kuro no kaze can use them as well.
- Full ark, again whats the drain? I would say how much damage does it stop and how much does it deal if someone tries to go through it?
- extended arc, being able to fully cancel out their jutsu? elaborate more about how you can do so.
