Clan Name: Raikou (Lightning) Clan

- History –
The famous clan of the Lightning Country, it’s range of knowledge goes beyond some normal hidan clans. As though the gods had came down giving them gifts of wonderful treasures the men and women of the clan had obtain a powerful and wonderful gift. The power to control the bijuu known as Raijuu. It was hard to believe at first but they had obtain this work through generations of failure to capture the beast. The Raikage saw their abilities and decided to make them his personal guards and seal clan for the bijuu and/or jinchuuriki. However the clan’s leader believed they were being used and stroke a deal with them. Having the deal be that if a member of the Raikou family where to be enslaved as the Jinchuuriki for any reason. The clan would rage a war with the Bijuu on their side. With that the Raikage kept a close eye on them even though killing the entire clan could work he still needed them cause of their gift. However for their gift they gave up the powers of casting Genjutsus. After several years of training the leader of the clan was able to awaken and learn to use his eyes to watch the movement of his opponents. The eyes would turn a golden hue as they would zoom in carefully watching the movements. This posed to some problems later on, the eye would have to be trained in order to obtained it would not just activate on its own. Then it would also require harder training in order to learn to control the movement of speed. The eye was called the Raigan, (Lightning Eye) for it being able to follow fast movements.

With this clan coming to power the clan members have a special gene in them besides helping to control the Raijuu. It would seem that each clan member is born with a different color of lightning no matter what. Each color would determine the future of the member. Depending on the age and sometimes the situtation on the clan member the color of the lightning would change based upon the events.

Red = Happy Future of Love

Green = Gentle Future
Blue = Relax and Calm Future
Violet = Dark Future
White = Mysterious

Raigan - Lightning Eye
Being granted the power to control the raijuu was not all the Raikou clan was able to obtain. Years after training the leader finally awaken something deep within him. The ability to follow onces movements and counter them. This was believed to only be in the sharingan however the clan was able to learn it. But it would drain one's chakra to a certain extend and it would have to be learned to use it.

Raiton - Lightning Dance
The user will take the sword and lift it to the air and with it shaking to the virbrations of the raiton being forced in to it. The user will spin once into the air and thrust downward releasing a mighty charge that can shock and stun the user.

Raiton – Hazumi – Bound
The elemental chakra that the user casts allows he/she to be able to send raiton into any object they see fit and release with a powerful blast behind it. The only way for them to use the jutsu is by having Chakra flow skill though. But if anyone was to touch the object they would be hurt or stunned.

Aiming any hand the user can fire a lightning bolt from the palm of their hand. This jutsu doesn’t require hand seals to even perform it. But it’s sibling requires a small amount. The bolt is powerful enough to blow up a small house. So taking a direct shot could mean instant death.

Lifting the hand with in the air with Raiton flowing from their body the user will launch the power to the causing an opening. After which with a quick thrust of their hand. A large lightning bolt will strike them quickly as possible.

The user quickly finishes a usage of hand seals and quickly aims their hands outward towards their opponent to release a powerful and a pair of lightning bolts at them. The blast is twice as much however the chakra for them is even more on the user.

Raiton – Mazoku Reijun – Demonic Scared Beast
This jutsu allows the user to summon forth all of their raiton chakra and create a powerful yet wicked beast that is 50% weaker than the beast of lightning. The jutsu was known as a forbidden not because of creating a second Raijuu. But the fact that the user is covered in their power, but as the lightning is heating up, the body starts to not be able to hold the power for long.

Reijun Soutei Kusari – Sacred Beast Binding Chain
The jutsu was created by the first leader of the clan whom lost his life fighting the beast. However before he passed away he gave the power of binding a Jinchuuriki or powers of the Raijuu for a limited of time. However in doing so the caster cannot move because of the holding of them. It’s said to hold the Jinchuuriki from reaching 3 tails however it’s never been seen.

Soutei Fuuin Raikou - Sacred Sealing of Lightning
The jutsu that was created in order to seal the Raijuu within a member of the Raikou clan. It was never tested nor used on the beast. However a clan member was still said to be able to learn the jutsu and perform to seal the devil like beast within them or someone close to them. With the price of their life if they sealed it within another.
Chakra Drain: 300 | Life
Stamina Drain: 150 | Life
Effect: This Seals Raijuu also any other bijuu however it leaves a Kanji of Lightning on the user.
