[DM] Nythyia vs Hayabusa, fate of the two cousins

Nythyia looked up as both fire and water jutsu came at him with enormous power, the young Senju stepping to one side as the fire ball jutsu exploded against hard soil before sprinting forward, avoiding both jutsu with haste and speed....and a bit of luck. He grasped onto Tobosaku, closing the distance between himself and the Uchiha which he showed great intent on killing and with the blink of an eye Nythyia aimed performed a series of hand seals, taking a deep breath before exhaling a barrage of senbons "Fukumi Hari" before using his speed to jump in the air, coming down with a swift and deadly strike to Hayabusas throat, a somewhat curious smile wiping across his face, as if he had accepted some sort of fate.

Hayabusa watched as Nythyia had avoided his attacks. He was in mid air, therefore vulnerable. He performed a few hand seals and he replaced himself with a flock of crows with a mixture of Crow Clone and Kawarimi (Ultimately creating a Kawarimi). As the onslaught had come upon the Kawarimi, Hayabusa looked overhead from the statue.
The last strike stabbed the clone, and the clone’s eyes widened, as if to die by Nythyia’s stab. About Hayabusa looked down. ‘He… he really tried to kill me…’ Hayabusa thought to himself.
“He tried to KILL ME!” he yelled to himself, as the cloned Kawarim dispersed into a flock of crows. As that crows began to fly up, Hayabusa jumped from the ledge, and down upon Nythyia. He went for the punch to the face after catching him off guard.
Once landing on top of the water, Hayabusa gripped up the neck and attempted to throw him in the air, above and over the waterfall. He shot a Great Fire Ball just immediately after while he was in the air.
“Here it is…” Hayabusa said as he held his hand out. It enveloped in a fire, like a Raiton’s chidori. Hayabusa jumped following the body of Nythyia on the way down to the bottom of the waterfall, thrusting his palm into his gut. When they his the water, Hayabusa’s chakra caught him from going under.
When Nythyia’s body would resurface, perhaps face down, Hayabusa would use his foot to flip him over.
“Nythyia…” he said softly. “The last person I would have thought to betray me.” he began to unsheathe his katana once again. “I loved you as if you were my own brother… our linage and history meant nothing to us. But I suppose… I was wrong. You completed my well being. Now…” Hayabusa closed his eyes and put his blade on his chest, preparing for any last words…

Battered an bruised, burnt and hanging on by a mere thread Nythyia struggled to open his eyes, the flesh on his chest still melting off his body, the stench of decay filling the entire Valley. Alas only one eye could open, a smile fighting to defeat the pain which he not only battled in the last few seconds, but secretly for the last few months but ironically at the time where his body was at its most fragile he felt no pain, simply.....relief. "Do it" were the only words which escaped his blood filled mouth, he could not speak anymore.

Hayabusa sighed deeply. He closed his eyes as, unlike Hayabusa, a single tear fell from it. He thrust the blade within his chest, hearing the last gasp of air. He twisted it slowly, just to make sure. Hayabusa pulled his blade out, stuck it in the water, and began to walk away, sheathing it. He then hesitated.
“You… you will still complete me…” Hayabusa said, slowly turning back around. He walked to the lifeless body. He flung it over his arm, taking it to the side of the river. He drained the body with 7 tubes worth of blood. He held the body over his arm once again. He headed toward the house of the Lydeck Clan…
