The night was cold, the sky clear as the moon danced above from horizon to horizon, slowly as it cast its glowing gaze upon the Village of Konohagakure which was riddled with life.....and death. The dim light peered through the window, blood sinking in between the floor boards as the scent of life began to diminish from the old man, his life being exhausted with a final sigh of pain. There stood a shadowy figure who was covered in darkness with a wooden fan clutched at his side which was drenched in blood though it was soon absorbed back into the figures skin by simple command, the nights cold breeze apparent when the figure let out a relieving sigh which caused fog to emit from the mouth "It is done" were the only words which escaped the figures mouth before he stepped out into the light which beamed through the open window, revealing Nythyia Lydeck, one of the last members of the Senju Clan, covered in blood from head to toe.

He stepped out the door of the house, leaving a trail of bloody foot prints before the trail came to an end as Nythyia wove hand seals "Shunshin no Jutsu", his body being torn apart into leaves and wooden chips as he teleported outside the Village Walls, though in his haste he had forgotten to clean up the evidence of his crime, leaving behind a single piece of green cloth unique to his own robe.

The room upstairs shook as the time and space from within it was altered and air particles shot from place in order to make room for the being in which had instantaneously appeared in the middle of his room. He opened his drawer and looked into it, checking to see how many Hiraishin tags he had left there. He looked around… it was different here without his puppets… the were relocated to his apartment in Kumo that he bought for space’s sake.
“Now… time to go find this guy Kurix was talking about…” he said, walking down the stairs step by steps. “Something about Uchiha Sh…” Hayabusa began, as it felt as though something had stabbed him in the heart and his organs shut down completely all due to the sight in which he bared. He looked down to have been in a puddle of blood. Before him, on the ground, was his grandfather, face down.
“No… no no…” Hayabusa began. ‘Please, don’t be dead because of…’ he began to think. He feared for the worse as he turned the body of his grandfather around. He expected to see empty eye sockets. “They didn’t kill him for the eyes…” Hayabusa said. He closed the old man’s eyes, and touched his forehead to his own.
After a moment he opened his eyes, red full of rage. He kept his composure as he looked at the wound, and checked all vitals. He collected that he had been dead perhaps an hour and the wounds were done by something wooden and sharp.
Hayabusa looked up to see foot prints of blood leaving the room. He looked back at his grandfather in front of him and laid him down gently. He followed the foot prints, leaving the door wide open. He grabbed his ANBU mask and prepared to put it on while following the tracks, to realize they ended, and on the floor was a piece of fabric. He picked it up, and smothered it between two fingers. He observed the design, and it’s material… added with wooden marks…
“No… that can’t… he wouldn’t…” Hayabusa said calmly to himself. He threw the mask back in the house and performed one seal, reappearing to a tag in which he had given his cousin, Nythyia, a long time ago.
TO his surprise, he had reappeared to a loud noise of falling water hitting a stream. He looked down to see there was a waterfall between where he was standing, and a statue of the First Hokage. There seemed to be a figure on it he could not truly make out…

His robe blew loosely with the wind, his long spiky hair almost dancing parallel with his attire as he stood on the large statue head of Hashirama Senju, his ancestor the First Hokage. At first he did not say anything, blood still dripping from the tip of his fingers as his eyes fixated on the sudden appearance of his cousin Hayabusa. The waterfall which separated them was torrent, as if it could feel the tension between the two to some degree, its waters bashing against rocks before plummeting to the lake below "I heard you were in the Hidden Lightning Village......I didn't expect to see you here"

Then I'd say its safe to assume you know Konohagakures history WITH the Uchiha? How many lives have been lost due to their greed.... How many traitors Konoha has had to endure to the bloodlines hands...."

“Of course I am aware…” Hayabusa said. “I am also aware that it was not until ONE Uchiha made the mistake of betrayal that the whole clan of Uchiha were seen as outcast… nothing has changed. Just look at Shin. Now the few Uchiha left are still spat upon. But by you, Nythyia… you of all people? What… what did your mother do to you? How could she brainwash you… you of ALL PEOPLE! MY BROTHER!” Hayabusa closed his eyes and tightened his fist. ‘Calm…” he said to himself. He looked up at Nythyia.
“So now what, Nythyia? Am I next? Are you going to kill me too?” Hayabusa put his hands in his sleeves as if to cross his arms. “Because… no matter how much I don’t want to… I WILL kill you… give me a reason not to destroy you where you stand…” Hayabusa said. He trembled inside a little bit. He became custom to killing, but not when it was his own blood.

"I have no doubt you will....TRY.....to kill me, why would you not? The Uchiha have been a plague to our Village since its founding and history proves it, and where will it stop?" he brushed his cloak back, bending down to the waterfalls edge in order to wash the sullied blood off his hands, slowly standing as his eyes met with Hayabusas "I will finish what your ancestor started.....the Uchiha Massacre....one has already fallen to my hands" Nythyia began to weave a series of hand seals underneath the long sleeves of his robe "How very coincidental....that you will fall here, its quite ironic really.....Mokuton" he would not finish the incantation yet, instead he would take in a deep breath as he calmed himself down, muttering words only heard by him under his breath "Moku Bunshin no Jutsu" he then extended both arms outwards as two clones literally sprouted from the palm of his hands, taking form, one running towards Hayabusa, the other running around in attempts to flank him while Nythyia simply stood there, weaving one final hand seal before clasping both hands together "Mokuton: Jubaku no Jutsu" two pieces of dense wood shot from each side of Hayabusa in attempts to coil around his arms and hold him in place. Weather or not the binding jutsu was successful or not the two clones would attack Hayabusa, one jumping in the air, one sliding to the ground as they aimed careful kicks to his face and feet before both aiming a well placed kick to his mid region.

Hayabusa looked to the left, and then to the right. He closed his eyes and had a moment of his own solitude. He took a deep breath.
“I suppose this is really happening…” Hayabusa said to himself. He shot his eyes open and performed a seal under his cloak, dissolving in a flock of crows that flew out of a cage of wood that began to enclose around what was once Hayabusa’s body. The crows slammed into the ground in between the two clones that attacked. He did not completely reassemble until the attempted damage was done. Immediately afterwards, Hayabusa had attempted to elbow the clone that was on the ground, and attempt to grab the back of its neck while he punched towards the other’s gut and slamming the clone in his right hand against him.
Hayabusa kept his rotation in key to turn around in the stance that he was when he first became attacked. He walked forward and kicked the wood cage, shattering it. He stood on the edge of the statue and looked down into the water fall. He looked back up to Nythyia.
“Is this what you have seriously become?” Hayabusa asked him.

The two clones bodies cracked at the point of impact, Nythyia looking from the distance "Hmm....so you've grown stronger since our last encounter Hayabusa....I am impressed" Nythyia took one step forward, hovering above the raging torrent underneath his feet, his body bobbing up and down with the current of the stream "You still don't believe this is happening do you? Your Grandfather thought the same thing" he reached into his cloak, quickly throwing a ball towards his feet which would explode in mere seconds, though as the smoke erupted Nythyia flicked his wrist, exposing his trademark weapon....Tobosaku, a small wooden war fan which had the durability of steel, and the cutting power of a Fuuton infused weapon, making his way towards Hayabusa, aiming a quick three strikes, one to his chest, one to his right arm and one to his forehead protector. This was to show he meant business and that if Hayabusa did not fight with his entire might, he would die.

Hayabusa prepared to use his jutsu that would catch projectiles in the air. However, these weren’t regular weapons. They were made out of wood, therefore, there would be nowhere to truly grab them. Hayabusa began to drop as the ball was thrown, exploding. Hayabusa began to cough. He fell towards the water, head first, looking up to see the projectiles coming forth. The first one threw him off guard, as he pushed off the wall in order to move his body in midair. It scratched his arm and made it bleed. It caught him off guard even more, as the second actually penetrated the skin. He pulled it out and threw it as the one coming towards his forehead protector, deflecting it.
Hayabusa made a huge splash into the water. Within it, Hayabusa had become enhanced. A water figure rose from the water before Nythyia, forming Hayabusa.
“So be it…” he said as he threw his arms over head as if he were holding an overhead weapon. He flung them forward, molding them to extend using Orochimaru’s jutsu and attempting to slam in the head of Nythyia towards the water and then once more, penetrating the water.

Nythyia took the full brunt of the first attack, his body being sent into the waters below though as the second attack followed suit the young Senju wove a series of hand seals, his body being replaced by a wooden doll concealed in a cloud of smoke. He burst out from the water, weaving another series of handseals before clasping his two hands together "Mokuton: Jukai Koutan!" trees began to sprout from the riverbed, each one surrounding Hayabusas current location in order to bind him once again. Weather he was bound or not Nythyia would grasp his Tobosaku once again, the blade still stained with Hayabusas grandfathers blood "The Uchiha must be wiped from the face of this World!" Nythyia then taking another slash towards Hayabusas chest.

Hayabusa pulled his arms back to normal as a binding jutsu came forth again. Immediately Hayabusa had dropped into the water in enhanced mode. He came back up in his normal figure and looked on towards Nythya, coming at him with the blade. He took out his own, deflecting it easily before attempting to kick Nythyia back by thrusting into the chest.

Nythyia wove another series of hand seals, his body being covered in a cloud of smoke, Hayabusas attack making collision though as the smoke cleared he would only see yet another wooden doll "Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki" Nythyia stomped his foot on the surface of the river, a large blade of water making its way towards Hayabusa though the onslaught did not end there, Nythyia weaving another series of hand seals "Doton: Jishin Suramu no Jutsu" Nythyia jumping back to the cliff edge, slaming his hand on the ground which sent a huge rock pillar erupting from underneath the Uchiha in hopes to bash him from below. The very surface of the battlefield began to twist and turn, Nythyia panting slightly at the expenditure of various jutsu.....but he would continue to fight.....for Konohagakures sake.

“Looks like you’re running away, oh mightly Uchiha slayer…” Hayabusa said as he watched the too familiar jutsu be strung in front of him. Hayabusa glided across the water, avoiding the suiton attack. Hayabusa then began to run at Nythyia before he was attacked by the unfamiliar Doton jutsu.
