Uchiha Satyr grew up quite differently from how one might expect of an Uchiha in the current circumstances. At a very young age when his friends were ignorant of the Uchiha clan he would of regarded himself as an outgoing person, remarkably friendly. But as he entered ninja academy and people started learning just what being an Uchiha meant, what with its history soaked in blood and deceit, all of his friends started to ostracise him, being untrustful of him and avoiding him at any chance. Before long he grew to accept this and changed his view on life, but did not become resentful or hateful towards the village. Rather, he became lazy and uncarring, his natural abilities ensuring that he could do what he wanted without needing to put in much effort. He had decided that it mattered not to him the opinions of others and as long as he could do as he pleased everything else did'nt matter.
When he found out about his heritage from the official records and from his mother, he discovered that his blood was that of Uchiha Sasuke. From what his mother told him Sasuke had been an immensly powerful ninja, and wanted him to follow in similar footsteps. But what he had read from official records on the matter he decided that Sasuke was not as great as she had made him out to be after turning his back on the village, and he told himself that he would never allow himself to become so petty or closed minded.
Despite disliking the person who he has descended from he is still proud of his heritage and see's it as a gift, rather than as a curse, as it can lead to his own road of power, which would lead to his ambition of being recognized for his own achievements, rather than merely being known as the Uchiha clan's descendant and has become determined to become so renowned that any of his clan previously are but an after thought to the Uchiha name.
Since he was born in Konoha and is of Uchiha blood he has never traveled around to any other countries, as the village is scared to risk losing such an important Kekkei Genkai and an asset to the military. Due to this he has only seen a small portion of the world, leading to further fuel his arrogance, since what he hears of the other countries is most likely biased. As he see's himself still as of a noble clan, even if it has lost influence due to being slaughtered and traitorous against Konoha, and as such see's himself as better than the majority of Konoha.
