Uchiha knew how to use them... Nara knew how to used them... they may be advance elements but still are elements -_-

If you look under uchiha clan, they gain katon for being part of that clan, thus can start with it

The rules will be undergoing a change. In order for you to unlock your first element you just need 25% chakra control. A mere 1250 chakra. That 5 days worth of training, so you should be able to have it in no time.

i think the confusion is coming from the fact that his char is part of Haku's clan which should start with ice manipulation, but the page doesnt mention anything bout that and only gives 3 hyuton jutsus, seems like the clan was unfinished
