Name - (Curse Technique: Death Controlling Possessed Blood)
Description - (The jutsu was created by the Elders of the Jashin cult and passed down to two special members once every 8 years. The first successor of the Jutsu Hidan was granted Immortality with his version. When Seiichirou unlocked it his version did not grant him immortality. The Jutsu comes in three steps.)
One: The User must first consume a small portion of the opponent’s blood entering Absolute Death Mode.
Two: The User Must draw a the ritual circle and enter in to bring up the Voodoo link.
Three: The User Injures himself and the opponent receives that Damage as Well. [User injuries go to Absolute Death Mode Health]
When reverting back to the original mode the user will loses health during the battle.
Chakra cost - (30% of Health)
Stamina cost - (200)
Damage - (Damage is based on a Skill you Gain and amount of Health.)
Absolute Death Mode
20% Able to do Max of 150 Damage
40% Able to do Max of 300 Damage
60% Able to do Max of 450 Damage
80% Able to do Max of 600 Damage
100% Able to do Max of 750 Damage
*Must have That much Health to do Max Damage*

Name - (Kuro Okunote: Zekkou Shouten – Black Secret Perfect Death)
Description - (The User gets into the form of absolute Death. (The Black body and the white markings to represent the skeleton.) They Then will get a sample of blood from the enemy and absorb it. After that they can connect with the opponent and gain some of their abilities by focusing their chakra hard enough.)
Chakra cost – (120 to Activate, 50 to keep active)

Damage - (None)

Give it a drain of some kind for the upkeep, preferably stamina possibly 30-50 stamina drain to upkeep the jutsu.
drop the effect down to 15% after releasing the curse.
We'll do a test run with this, if it proves to be over powered we'll lower it down after talking with you if you.

Donte you should fix the health. Be logical if you can do so much damge during 20% then you should only use so much health. Just Sayin
