Lesson 401: Ninja Tactics [RP Battle : Saty, Satoshi]

Satoshi walked along the training field of the Konoha. He had been here before along his journeys before settling down with his training partner. His blue eyes stared into the open of nothing. Just grass and grass and more grass. They had decided this would be there official training spot when they arrived here. He looked at the sky then he sighed and said "Where are you Satyr" Today was there day to train and Satoshi was running out of time. Rinnegan. The word was starting to become more and more used. "Rinnegan." He thought. Satoshi was calling for it. He began to cry for its power. "I'm coming." He could feel the wind patterns change a bit more and looked around. "Someone is coming" He could feel them near. He closed his eyes and began to search for traces of chakra around him. He then could feel satyr. Being with someone like him left traces of chakra all over him to the fact where Satoshi could smell him. He grabbed his newly bought Katana and looked around. He had got into the stance that he had seen satyr preform and waited. “I know your there” He mention out loud.

After Satyr had finished his double mission, he had gone back to his apartment in the Uchiha complex, to check on how it was and if every thing was as it should be over there. Unsurprisingly it was just how he had left it, deserted. After making sure there were no signs of other people being there he decided to go back into town, to where the training fields were, as that is where he and Satoshi had planned to meet to get some more training and practice in before they went about their plans.
It did not take him long before he reached the training fields, and as he reached them he saw that Satoshi was already there, brandishing the katana that he said he was going to get. ‘This will be even more interesting this time round I’m sure’ he thought to himself as he got close. He then called out to Satoshi “yo, sorry I let you earlier, there was just a few things I needed to attend to before I came here and found you. Lets get this started already then!” After saying that he drew his own katana and made a dash straight for Satoshi, but as he got close he jumped to the left of Satoshi, doing a half spin to increase the speed of his slash, aimed horizontally directly across his side. The whole while he was grinning, killing the bandits earlier had put him in a good mood.

Satoshi sighed as he was again given no time to breath. He jumped back and evaded the attack easily not even blinking. Being that he was already beginning to see the results of his training with this battle. He smiled and said "YO. I Got a Katana" he laughed to himself before thinking about how he was going to play this game. "Well then. Is that all you got" He was formulating a strategy to see how satyr was going to take him this time. He decided the best offensive would be a good defensive. He unsheathed his katana and put it up in a great position. "BOTTLES UP" He said. His ADD was beginning to kick in. He began to think of another strategy. Taijutsu was not a great position for him so he lowered his katana. He did two sets of seals but combined them to make them look like one. He had summoned two clones and hidden a substitution. “Remember his sword” he said. He then paused for a moment and remembered “I’m talking to myself.” He sighed and said whatever he drew his sword up and ran towards Satyr. In the process he threw a kunai.

As Satoshi stepped back to avoid his slash, he thought to him self that he would need to step up his effort that he was putting into this. They both seemed far better than the last time they fought, and this looked to be promising so far. “I’m well aware that you have gotten your self a katana, let’s see what you can do with it” He said as he got into a position directly in front of him. As the clones appeared Satyr activated his sharingan and braced, preparing to strike and take out the clones, who would disappear when come in contact with. He held his own katana in two hands out in front of him, which would allow him the greatest range of possibilities left to him to block or counter attack with.

Satoshi and the first clone ran at him. They both synched there hand movements at the same time and two more clones appeared. He jumped into the air as the same time as the other clone and came down with a spiraling twirl with his katana towards him. Satoshi still thought how he was going to land normally. Had he jumped out the way he would be ready with a senbon to throw at him. If he moved back between the fake clones then Satoshi would push his sword into the earth to ease his fall and think of something.

As the Satoshi’s came rushing at Satyr, he decided that he would stand his ground, using two quick strokes he slashed in the direction of the Satoshi that had come directly at him. It appeared for now that the other two clones were not going to do anything, and so he did not have to worry about that for now. However the other Satoshi he did need to worry about, as he was high up and had a good chance to make an attack. Going from their previous fight he knew that the one hanging back would be the real Satoshi, as he generally used his clones for diversions and little else. He pulled out one of his kunai with his left hand, now holding his katana only in his right, and threw it directly at the other Satoshi.

He sighed and said "I should expect better from you" he twirled and missed on purpose. He then kicked him in the chest and then said "I would expect better from you of all people Sensei!" He paused for a momment and then realized he had sensei. "Thats not good your bleeding." He said as he began to think about how long he had known the man. "Darn Uchiha's bleeding at me." He laughed it off and put his sheath back into his sword. "Come" he said.

Satyr was surprised at how things had turned out, he did not expect Satoshi to be the one to attack him, and thought him to be the one who would hang back from a safer distance. As he realised this he jumped back, to rethink his moves and prepare for what may come next. At Satoshi’s comment on bleeding he replied “This is nothing really, nothing I cant handle.” Then when he saw that Satoshi had put his katana in its sheath, he decided to do the same, putting his own blade in its sheath. He pulled together a string of hand seals and activated katon goukakyuu no jutsu, and waited to see where he would go to escape it before making his next move.

Satoshi had reversed his tactics completly. Instead of running he jumped straight into the air. He grabbed his sword and began going down towards Satyr. He had learned one of the most important secrets from his mentor. That was he needed to be able to change his fighting. He took his left hand and made an arch slash at satyr's kneck. He did it gently hoping not to kill him

As soon as Satoshi jumped up high, Satyr could see the trajectory that the flight was taking him in. He immediately leaped forwards and span around, so that Satoshi landed infront of him with Satyr behind. "Your improving your skills, techniues, as well as your speed and strength. But I wonder if that shall be enough for you to win this." He then ran forward, in close to Satoshi so that the length of his blade would hinder him rather than help, and he made a low kick aiming to take out his balance, if Satoshi was to fall down he would quickly go in with a punch to the stomach, aiming down towards the ground, and if he was to dodge his kick he would jump back wards again to a safe distance.

But there were some tactics not worth losing. As he took the hit to the stomach he disappeared. It was his substitution. Satoshi gazed from the tree in which he was hiding in. He looked and said "Satyr" he then moved trees swiftly and quietly and called out again "satyr". He smiled at himself. He grabbed senbon from his pouch and said "get ready." He through both senbon at satyr and waited to see wat his rival or sensei woild do.

As Satyr punched the log, he thought to him self ‘Another replacement technique, I better watch myself’, then Satoshi had begun calling to him, taunting him from the trees. As he changed position in the trees and called to him again, he pulled out two kunai, thinking that he would throw them at him once he had discovered his location, but before he knew it there were two senbon flying straight at him, and so with out thinking he threw his kunai to repel them both. As they clattered harmlessly to the ground Satyr pulled out another two kunai, and threw one of them at the place from where the senbon had been thrown from, and readied the other in case he was to show himself out in the open.

Satoshi jumped into the air laughing “you caught me." He three another senbon and landed a couple yards away from Satyr. He unsheathed his katana and put it in a defensive position. “im not afraid. To take a stand," he laughed and said "that could be a good song." But his face quickly turned back into its serious state “come”

Satyr smiled. He wasn’t being serious at all. But he did not feel like now was the best time to joke around. It was time that they shifted this fight up a gear. He unsheathed his own katana one again, to match Satoshi evenly, then ran at him head on, making a slash upwards diagonally from bottom left to top right, rotating the katana around to have a directly downward stroke as well.

Satoshi though first before making a move. He sighed and then thought he would parry. All this work he thought to himself. Maneuvering his body around he would hit satyr with the handle. He then jumped back a few steps and said "hers the deal. In my next three steps I'm going to make you say mercy." He smiled and then waited for satyrs response.

As Satoshi parried and jumped back to avoid his attacks, Satyr also jumped back, getting out of reach of Satoshi’s strike. He replied “That sounds all good and all. But I doubt you will be able to do such a thing, no matter how much you try. Bring it then.” After saying that Satyr diverted even more of his chakra into his eyes, hoping that, that might give him an extra advantage. As he suspected it felt like his reactions were even greater than before, holding a kunai in his left hand and his katana in his right he got ready to see what it was Satoshi had in mind to subdue him.
