Calling forth Chuunin and Jounin

As the sky was clearing up for a wonderful night the Hokage believed that it was time to get things underway. Sighing heavily two jounin appeared and he nodded to them as they smirked vanishing to call forth all the high ranking shinobi in the village. The messages were placed on their doors after hearing three knocks and nobody was standing there.

The note read,

Dear Shinobi,

We've been asked to come up with a new system to travel to other countries. The member of the family must come to the Hokage's office. In the morning please come down and get the passport thank you for your time.

Hokage...

After hearing the three knocks on his door, Satyr wondered for a moment as to what that could be, as no one other than the shinobi working directly under the hokage would know where he lived, unless there was others he didn't know about. Not taking chances he waited before oppening his door, to see if who ever was their would knock again or come in via force. After nothing more he cautiously oppened his door, to find the message from the hokage. After reading the message he collected his tools and equipment, and made straight away for the hokage's office. Upon arriving, he gave a half bow in the hokage's direction and said "Uchiha Satyr, Chuunin of the hidden leaf, reporting as requested of."

The Hokage stared at the young man and nodded as he looked over at the Shinobi handing him a small booklet with a title on it saying, "Passport of Konoha." The Hokage smiled and looked at the young boy, "Please keep this on you at all time if anything if you do not have this you cannot enter other countries without permission. A guard will check them at each entrance of the village. Thank you for your time and you're now done you may leave, Uchiha Satyr."

"I shall keep that in mind, much appreciated for this, now I can make our country proud abroad as well as at home, and show off our might to the other countries." Once saying that, Satyr left the office, and made his was straight back to his home, as he already had a few ideas of places he might like to go now that he could travel freely between the countries, and in doing so find out the skills and abilities of the shinobi belonging to the whole world, rather than just those dwelling within konoha, and find potential allies.

Hayabusa had walked down the set of stairs. Hayabusa had been stopped by his grandfather as soon as he went to open the door.
“Hayabusa…” he said. Hayabusa stopped and looked at him. “Piece of mail came late last night and another just a few moments ago.” he said. He handed Haybausa two letters and turned away.
“Thanks…” Hayabusa walked out the door reading the first one, which held the diplomacy of his rank as Jounin. Hayabusa smirked. He walked back in and placed it on the table, reading the next letter. He had a letter that gave direct orders from the Kage to come to the Hokage’s office immediately. If it was nothing more than a letter then it couldn’t be so urgent for him to run. He put the letter down and walked out of his door. On his way through the woods, Hayabusa had happened to see Satyr on his way back through the deeper parts of the Uchiha complex.
Directly out of the other side of the woods, he had come to the Kage Mansion complete. He walked in through the main corridors and to the office. He knocked.
“Uchiha Lydeck Hayabusa… permission to enter… Lord Hokage…” he said, clenching his teeth a little bit. There was something about this Hokage that he didn’t quite feel comfortable with… yet he didn’t know what it was, there for he continued to respect him. Once he would be granted permission, which he wouldn’t have to do when he was on ANBU duty, which soon he could not wait to do, he would enter and slightly bow.
“I am requested?” he asked.

The Hokage turned around and smiled saying, "Hello and congratulations on become a Jounin of the village my dear shinobi. However i still want you to train harder then ever before. As off this year the kages have decided that in order to travel to a major country you must have this on you at all times." Handing him a Passport for him to travel the Hokage nodded to the shinobi waving his hand, "Thank you for your time you are now free to leave when ever you feel like.

“Many thanks, Lord Hokage…” he said at the acknowledgement of him become a Jounin. As the Hokage made the hand motion towards Hayabusa, Hayabusa lifted his head up and looked at what it was he was being handed. It was a passport. He went to grab it and observed it for a few minutes. He then put it in his pocket as neat as he could.
“Much appreciation he said, bowing slightly once again. He stood up, looking the Hokage straight in the eyes for one moment, as if to pause. Hayabusa then broke such glare and turned away, towards the door, exiting without another word.
“Why the hell couldn’t they just send this in the letter…” Hayabusa said to himself. He shrugged it off… now he was out of the house and already out into the main parts of the village… he mind as well stay around and find something to do…
