Episode 5: Preparing for Higher Training

Jiang stood upright in the midst of seven trees. To his northeast was a large rock covering one of the points. His eyelids began to cover his Iris less eyeballs as Jiang began to meditate. Suddenly when he felt it was time his eyes flashed open. With this Veins began to grow deep to his eyes and his iris began to show. Jiang could now see three-hundred and Sixty degrees around him. He saw all seven targets on the seven trees and he could easily see the eighth target behind the boulder. He smiled and said “Okay, I’m making progress.” He jumped in the air with four wooden kunai in his left hand and four wooden kunai in his right hand. He flicked the first one off his left hand to a target but in that same instant he would flick a kunai from his right hand at the kunai. He kept this process up till he hit the ground. He looked around and noticed he had slightly missed each target. The only target he was able to hit perfectly was the second one. He sighed as he withdrew each wooden kunai that he had thrown. This time he concentrated. He launched his body into the air with much brute force but the rest of his moves were fluidic. He threw each wooden kunai at the target and hit each target into the center. When he dropped to the ground he opened his eyes with the activated Byakugan and looked at all the targets. Each were hit by the wooden kunai. Jiang panted and said “Now I have to get even stronger to where I do it on the first try.”
