Here is the chart as to how you should base your jutsu for rank. Please note that if it seems to drain more staff will look over it with you and talk to the creator in order to come to a reasoning as to what it should be counted as.

- Must have Correct Knowledge
- Must have Correct Type
- Must have Knowledge of Jutsu Type (Chakra or Shape Manipulation)
- Rank is determined by the Custom Jutsu Chart
- Type Is determine by Effect
