Missing Nin -
A specialty that is obtain by leaving ones village however they've understood something about life and where cheated out of it in some way. Becoming this will earn you a spot in the ranks of the Bingo Book. However you may be hunted even by your own Kage's special Unit so it's best to watch yourself. This was created in order to give more to the Missing Nins.

Out look-

Positive
- Able to get discounts in Black Market and/on Mercenaries.
- Traveling Wc is decreased by -10%
- Able to join another village.
- Can still hunt Missing - Nins
- Special does not vanish when joining another village.

Negative
- Always being hunted
- Cannot shop at regular shops [until joining new village]

--- Boss's Orders
This is when reaching a good enough rank in the bingo books that you'll be able to learn the tricks and what not for special orders even mercenaries to come and help you out. Take a look and see how much of a discount you can save up.
Effect: Mercenary Discount -5% [+5% for ever Rank you get in BB]
Effect: Black Market Discount - 2% [+2% for every Rank you get in BB]
Requirement: Becoming a Missing Nin
TP Cost: 25 TP

--- Itchy Fingers
A skill that allows a missing nin to steal one item from someone that they run into. However this also works on NPCS/Mercs as well as, Weapon, Item and Puppet Shops. But the Missing Nin can only use this skill a total of three times before having to run out of the country.
Effect: Gain 1 Item
Effect: Can only be used three times. (4 day waiting)
Requirement: Steady Nerves Skill
TP Cost: 125 TP

--- Calling Card
Leaving a symbol or a unique signature that shows that it's your work will help you in the long run for this increases your Rep by +5 for every time you use this skill. Meaning Killing a member, Killing a bounty or just doing crimes for a good cost.
Effect: Increase Rep by +5
Requirement: Nothing
TP Cost: 45 TP

--- Money or Power
This is a once in a life time skill that can only be used once every so often for it allows the missing nin to obtain either more cash in their pockets or a bigger reward for stats. But it only works in Missions and you can only choose one.
Effect: Money Ryou + 25%
Effect: Power Gains + 25%
Requirement: Completed at least 3 D's, C's and B's
TP Cost: 175 TP
