ANBU 'Ne' [Root]
Intro -
A secret black ops group that was created for the sole purpose of completing the missions that were given to them. It was created by a man named, Danzou whom took in orphans from war villages and had them trained in Konoha as killing machines. The system was taken on by other villages after Danzou's passing. Now in Konoha a new man takes the center stage for the Anbu Root. The name of this man is Rikyu.

- Must have Completed Emotional Lost
- Must be Chuunin at least

Out Look -

Positive:
- Gain ANBU 'Ne' as a Job
- Gain Root Attack Gear and Cloak

Negative:
- Cannot become ANBU
- Gain Tongue Seal

As you are joining the Root unit you are given a seal on your tongue that stops you from ever talking to anyone about the leader of root or what root does behind the curtains of the country. If they try to speak of any secerts the Root member is stunned until the Leader releases them.
Effect: Stuns user until freed
Requirement: Joining ANBU 'Ne'

---> Fake Emotion
A Anbu Root member has no emotions what so ever. So they are trained in order to use emotions but show no feelings to them. Only those that understand the human heart and how to feel when giving an emotion will know when a Root member is faking.
Effect: Able to perform emotions w/o feelings
Requirement: Emotion Lost Training

---> Stealth Runner #2
An Root member is slightly faster then a regular ANBU member because of how quickly a Root member is suppose to finish their missions swiftly without problem.
Effect: Speed +15%
Requirement: 150 Speed
Post Limit: 3 posts

---> Death Striker
Swiftly getting missions completed means also being able to take out targets quickly as well. Having them fall victim to your weapons.
Effect: Instant Kill when in (single digits) (DEATH MATCH ONLY)
Requirement: 250 Speed
Limit: 2 every 2 weeks
