Clan Name: Raikou (Lightning)

Summary:
The clan is known by only the Kumo shinobi as a Personal Guard Clan of the Bijuu and Jinchuuriki. During the time the beast was roaming around. The Raikage had this clan be in charge with providing a host for the bijuu. However the clan would only do it if they were taken in to learn how to perform sealing jutsus. This was causing a small problem for the Raikage cause if he had agreed to this that would mean they could find a way to free the bijuu once again if a revolution between the Clan and the Village would begin. But they told and made the pact knowing that the clan was the best choice cause of their abilities of creating jutsus of Raiton. The fearsome lightning each clan member was born with a certain color of raiton. Even the Kinjutsu they kept was a dark violet color. The clan has skills in sealing but the only to obtain it would be to gain Seal Class and Knowledge. It was the jutsu that was given to them by the Raikage to study in order to seal the bijuu within the new born.

Holding their hand out the clan member can fire a beam of lightning chakra at their opponent to cause a stunning and huge damage. However the member can only fire this once per post. So after the first shot they would have to wait before being able to fire it again. Making contact causes the opponent to be frozen.

Raiton – Kami Boruto – God Bolt
As the shinobi lifts their hand to the air after finishing using the lightning cannon in the sky, they can pull the bolt of lightning back down at a fast and powerful strike which can cause a huge crater if made contact. The lightning can easily kill someone if they were in a weak state. However this drains a lot of chakra cause of the needing of Lightning Cannon.

Fuuinjutus

Raikou Rensa – Lightning Chain
This jutsu was created in reacting to the seal that was on the jinchuuriki the seal binds the Jinchuuriki from being able to go beyond the 1 tailed form. However the Jinchuuriki is said to weaken the seal the longer the chains bind him/her. After which the seal must be looked at it again.

Seinara Raikou Fuuin – Sacred Lightning Seal
Used on the Jinchuuriki it’s both a sacrificial jutsu or a non sacrificial jutsu however if one performs the jutsu one must be family in order for it to completely work. Because when the user is finishes a part of their soul is sealed within the Jinchuuriki to keep the seal from breaking only once. Once the seal is placed back onto the user they can only get one more change in being human. But if they break it again they are on their own.

- History –
The famous clan of the Lightning Country, it’s range of knowledge goes beyond some normal hidan clans. As though the gods had came down giving them gifts of wonderful treasures the men and women of the clan had obtain a powerful and wonderful gift. The power to control the bijuu known as Raijuu. It was hard to believe at first but they had obtain this work through generations of failure to capture the beast. The Raikage saw their abilities and decided to make them his personal guards and seal clan for the bijuu and/or jinchuuriki. However the clan’s leader believed they were being used and stroke a deal with them. Having the deal be that if a member of the Raikou family where to be enslaved as the Jinchuuriki for any reason. The clan would rage a war with the Bijuu on their side. With that the Raikage kept a close eye on them even though killing the entire clan could work he still needed them cause of their gift. However for their gift they gave up the powers of casting Genjutsus.

With this clan coming to power the clan members have a special gene in them besides helping to control the Raijuu. It would seem that each clan member is born with a different color of lightning no matter what. Each color would determine the future of the member. Depending on the age and sometimes the situtation on the clan member the color of the lightning would change based upon the events.

But the fact that the user is covered in this power but as the lightning is heat, the body starts to not be able to hold the power for long.

It’s said to hold the Jinchuuriki from reaching 3 tails however it’s never been seen.

However a clan member was still said to be able to learn the jutsu and perform to seal the devil like beast within them or someone close to them. With the price of their life if they sealed it within another.

Being granted the power to control the raijuu was not all the Raikou clan was able to obtain. Years after training the leader finally awaken something deep within him. The ability to follow onces movements and counter them. This was believed to only be in the sharingan however the clan was able to learn it. But it would drain one's chakra to a certain extend and it would have to be learned to use it.
