The shinobi moves their soul taking over whom ever's body they are aiming for. This allows them to stay within the living realm but the body starts to decay cause of the wrong soul inside the body.

Allowing the user to become a large white snake of the wild that almost takes the form of the Hachibi Yamata No Orochi. This snake head's allow the user to appear from either of them to attack as well.

Atogama Kaisei Jutsu - Regenration Replacement Technique
This jutsu allows a user the grow back any body part only but getting out of their old skin like a body. But doing this causes a lot of chakra to be used. It turns the body into a liquid state as well later on but this depends on the user. It's good to be used in battles that need it. It's unsure if this jutsu can also be copied by the sharingan but if anything it may not be.
