3rd A Site Rules: Jutsu Training and Custom Jutsus

Jutsus: There are different types of Jutsus in the shinobi world. A Shinobi must know a certain type of jutsu at least in order to become stronger and in order to survive in battles. Here are the list of the types of Jutsus in order for you to get an idea of what they are. If you want to make your own jutsus go to the Jutsu Creation board on the Forum
* To learn Taijutsu you must have only Martial and Stamina meet the requirements.
* To lean Kenjutsu you must have Wielding to it.

Here are the ranks and requirements for everyone to follow in order to use certain jutsus. Having a young kid going around chidoring your butt to the ground is kind of bad and funny if you think about it. The Chakra is just the ranking of how much chakra the moves will drain and what would be best to have. The levels are what you need to be at in order to use that jutsu.

Ninjutsu/Genjutsu
Rank E: Chakra 100 - 1500, Chakra Control 1% - 30%, 150 Words
Rank D: Chakra 1550 - 2250, Chakra Control 31% - 45%, 300 Words
Rank C: Chakra 2300 - 3000, Chakra Control 46% - 60%, 450 Words
Rank B: Chakra 3050 - 3750, Chakra Control 61% - 75%, 600 Words
Rank A: Chakra 3800 - 4500, Chakra Control 76% - 90% 750 Words
Rank S: Chakra 4550 - 5000 , Chakra Control 91% - 100%, 900 Words

Kenjutsu/Taijutsu
Rank E: Wielding 1 - 30% | Martial Level 1% -30% Stamina 100 - 1500, 150 Words
Rank D: Wielding 31% - 45%| Martial Level 31% - 45% Stamina 1550 - 2250, 300 Words

Styles:
It takes 450 Words to learn a style.

The Hachimon (Eight Gates): These gates are located among the brain, heart and spine. When opening one of these gates they release a unusual amount of power. But with great power comes a great price. When unlocking one of the gates this increases the damage to the body of the shinobi. Because of the danger of using the gates they have been know as Kinjutsus. If a shinobi opens the last and final gate at the end of the effect the shinobi will die.

Rules to the Eight Gates / Creating Jutsus
1. If you have a Curse Mark then you cannot unlock the Gates.

2. In order to learn to open a gate you must have done a 360 Words post and met the requirements.

3. Once you finish the battle you must have a certain amount of rest.

4.When opening the last gate…well you die and must remake a new character.

5. The resting rules does not follow while you are in the saga. Due to the fact you can be attack anytime.

6. Gates can only be opened once in the Saga.

7. Must have Obtain Skills (Genius or Hard Worker)

Custom Jutsu -
Here is the requirements for Creating your very own jutsu for your character to use personally. We add it to the jutsu site but nobody can learn it unless you teach them the jutsu that’s how it works sorry. Depending on the damage and the effect it shall be placed under Kinjutsu if it causes damage to ones body and giving them a certain limit of time to use it again and rp. In order to create a jutsu you must have the right knowledge.

Custom Requirements:
- Must have Correct Knowledge
- Must have Correct Type
- Must have Knowledge of Jutsu Type (Chakra or Shape Manipulation)
- Rank is determined by the Custom Jutsu Chart
- Type Is determine by Effect

* Genjutsu follow a different set of rules for creating* No matter what Genjutsu creation counts as a Custom Jutsu because of the new system.

Rank E: 200 Words | 250 Words for Gen
Rank D: 400 Words | 500 Words for Gen
Rank C: 600 Words | 750 Words for Gen
Rank B: 800 Words | 1000 Words for Gen
Rank A: 1000 Words | 1250 Words for Gen
Rank S: 1200 Words | 1500 Words for Gen

Learning Jutsus From Others -
Learning is the same as Creating a jutsu. You need the same number of word counts and the requirements if a custom jutsu to learn it from someone. The word count for learning a site jutsu from someone is the same way. As if it were a custom one.
