Bingo Book:
To keep track of the enemies and criminals. Each shinobi carries their own book to keep information on certain shinobis. Who have commit high crimes in their villages or who pose a danger to the shinobi village. The name of a shinobi that have left their village or unknown reasons are called Missing-nins. Members can be placed on the bingo book here if they have committed a high crime or if they pose a threat to villages. Capture of a Missing-nin also gives you some extra ryou in your pocket so get hunting.

Rules
1. Lines in catching someone depending on their ranks.
2. Ranks are given to the RP based the Highest Crime Done on bio. if Zero crimes then its an Automatic “?”.
3. Managers play Bingo Book NPC’s of C rank and high/ If its a RP then you both have a choice Talk it over or Death Match.
4. You will need a Bingo Book from the shop to go after other people
5. You can only Hunt a Missing nin twice every Week
6. * = Secret Factor or Hidden Boss
