IwaHara Koujin: Work the Body

Koujin decided that he would step up his chakra training today. He looked at the tree he had been practicing on for quite some time. He sighed and said “Well, I guess Jashin wouldn’t mind if I exerted myself today” He grinned as he began to place his feet together. He brought his hands into the rat formation and began to concentrate on his chakra. He decided he would do something different. He would climb tree on all fours like sort of a Dog or a Cat. He began sending chakra to his hands and directing some to his feet. He got down on all fours and began running towards the tree. He then began running upright against the tree. His mind was focus and he continued to climb until he reached the top. He smiled and decided he would do this training he thought of. Since he had little concentration he would sit on the side facing downwards and balance a leaf on his forehead for better concentration. It was practically simple as that. He took a leaf from the branch he sat upside down against and placed the leaf on his forehead. He began concentrating his chakra on the leaf so that it would neither tear nor fall to the ground. After about thirty minutes he decided it was time to give up due to the fact that he was getting light headed. When he got to the ground he thought about how he was going to do the rest of his training.
