Arm andLeg Weights x2.5:
These are weights are two and a half a pound and help with your Speed and Strength. They can go over either or once you take them off you’ll see the results.
Effect: Decreases Spd by 35%, After trainings +15 to Spd or Str gains | +10% to Hand Seals
Cost: Managers choice

These are weights are FIVE pounds and help with your Speed and Strength. They can go over either or once you take them off you’ll see the results.
Effect: Decreases Spd by 60%, After trainings +25 to Spd or Str gains | +15% to Hand Seals
Requirements: Strength 50+
Cost: Managers choice
