The Two Tailed Bijuu - Nekomata [Roaming Tea Country]

Name: Nekomata (resides in the Tea Country)
A cat like creature that is surrounded in black flames with two tails. The cat like creature is known to be able to control the dead like puppets and use it to its own advantage in battle. The blacks flames shoot from the body as though they were wings for the creature. When killing someone or something it uses its third eye to consume the spirits and gain strength.

Jinchuuriki Ability - Sight of the Third Eye
The jinchuuriki now has the powers of the Nekomata within them. For a while they will be able to tell the dead from the living. But after a while they shall see the difference within the two. But they cannot have the spirits teach them how to use jutsus if a shinobi.
Effect: Able to see and talk to spirits of the dead.

Bijuu Cloak
The power of the dead now flows around the bijuu's host. Giving them an odd power that can only be used by the death god it seems. When the Jinchuuriki gains a black and blue aura their eyes stay normal. Until the 1st tail appears then things get a little odder, A red eye will appear on the forehead of the Jinchuuriki. Once hitting the second tail and final form of the bijuu stages the jinchuuriki now gains the full form and wings of the bijuu.
Effects: +10% stats
1st Tail: Gains the ability to control the Dead
(Stats are 1/4 of yours | Can only control 3 dead NPC)

2nd Tail: Gains wings for some flight
(Can dodge two attacks | Action: -2)

Bijuu and Jinchuuriki Jutsu

The Dead Army -
As the name states the dead army a few dead souls will take the form of skeleton foot soldiers in battle. Then charge at the opponent lucky the soldiers only have 15% of the Jinchuuriki stats before Tails. This move can only be used when in full bijuu form.

Power of Hatred -
If the Jinchuuriki/Bijuu kill and eats the soul of one they hate they become wicked and gain strength from the soul. But in doing so the jinchuuriki will slowly start to feel ill and turn evil only wanting to kill more to gain power. The soul is consumed by the third eye when in either form. (Must be Death Match)
