- History -
The current host of the Six tailed Bijuu, Raijuu, Ryukatsu. As with most Jinchuuriki during child hood, Ryukatsu was discriminated, hated on, excluded, segregated… he was a monster. Ryukatsu claimed not to care… after all, he had his family… well… his brother and sister in which he had a better than most relationship.
The Raijuu, when released from its previous host, began to attack the village. It was well within a mile of reaching the village. That was until both of his parents were sent out by the Kage himself to stop the Bijuu from entering the village. At the time, Ryukatsu’s parents were some of the most skilled and reliable shinobi in the village.
His father was one of the few Personal Guards of the Raikage himself. He was rumored to be one of the best. His mother was a scientist, medical ninja, and ANBU member of the second highest rank.
Upon leaving them to the Bijuu with no help, the Raijuu seemed to have the upper hand. Ryukatsu’s mother had invented a high class medical jutsu that reversed Chiyo’s famous Life Transfer Jutsu. She never had the chance to pass it on before the attack of the Raijuu.
The jutsu allowed her to make a direct line of health between her and the Raijuu. As she attacked him, he lost health. As he attacked her, they both lost health. Unfortunately, she was not healthy enough to take the Raijuu down with her completely, so her last breath in this world was used to stab herself in the heart, ultimately decreasing the Raijuu’s current power 10 fold.
Raijuu attempted to flee, but was unsuccessful due to the weakness in which he had due to Ryukatsu’s mother’s jutsu. All that was left was his father, whom was a summoning ninja. He was left with one decision… whom was he going to seal this Bijuu into. His decision was hard, but he had chosen it to be one of his two oldest sons.
As he bit his fingers and performed hand seals, he slammed his hand on the ground, summoning both Ryukatsu and his older brother. At the time, he was 8, and his older brother was 15. Ryukatsu was sleep, as all of the kids should have been. However, his older brother was awake. When his father questioned why he was awake at 2 in the morning, his son simply answered… ‘I had a bad feeling…’
The choice had been made. The father sealed the Bijuu into the body of Ryukatsu. He left this world leaving his 15 year old son to watch over Ryukatsu and the other two siblings.
At the age of 15, his brother and sister, both a year younger than him and fraternal twins, Ryukatsu had been a Genin for only a few years. His older brother was already a Jounin, and his three man squad consisted of his younger siblings. He taught them all he could, watched over them, and kept the Raijuu at bay, making sure he was not released. On a certain mission, the Raijuu began to break the seal. The mission was aborted, and a failure by the village’s standards, because his older brother took his siblings and ran to a safer place. He told the two youngest to get as far away as they could, but close enough to hear when things died down.
The Raijuu began to release, taking a part of Ryukatsu’s body. It attacked his older brother at the same time as he reinforced the seal put onto Ryukatsu by their father, killing him in an instant.
The three children, left to fend for themselves now, at the age of 16, 15, and 15, had to watch their own brother get buried. Ryukatsu made sure he would remember where his brother, the biggest, tallest, buffest, strongest man in the village, was buried. In the long term… he was going to find some way he would have eternal life… he was going to bring him back… alive of living dead…
Every since then, the realization of not having control over this Bijuu hit him. He lost his parents and a brother by this Bijuu. He only had two family members left, and no friends. He had made up his mind about where he was headed.
He was going to find somebody to control him… until he could control the Raijuu himself…
