quick question

i was going to make a clan that used gravity manipulation...but it seems that all the uber people have taken up all the slots for the learning of the element...so can i still make the clan.

The cons work directly with the clan like you can only have d-rank taijutsu and genjutsu stop at B rank, the clan cannot open the 8 gates, nor use any stolen clan organs (byakugan and sharigan are examples). Just let me know what you think... and answer me back quickly so i can switch up the story of my character and also if the user of the eight tailed beast isnt active could i have that...

just let me know i like this place and want my story to flow perfectly with either story i have come up with....

Hmm that's truly a hard one to truly answer, As i know i've said we would accepted anything the Gravity and Timespace Manipulations we try and keep down from having clan members running around with. The reason for the scroll and the manipulations that were added was to test it out. Because of like abuse of the systems and such. We test things out before having them come into play for real. But that's my only ifiy about it. Also if Xero and Nyth wanna talk about it as well later tonight then i'll make sure to get back with you or have them do it. promise that...

Well we have to take into account that gravity is going to be a well sought after commodity, though Im not completely sure about incorporating it into a single clan, but a few questions though, will it be an element? or a doujutsu ability?

Also what kind of jutsu will you be looking at?

In regards to what Zero said about this being abused I could agree and disagree at the same time, we could see what he is willing to do with this clan, however if things are unoriginal or if they cross certain parameters we can always get him to revise. Also Kuro himself has stated obvious disadvantages to this clan and that its power cannot be harvested.......perhaps we could see how much interest is going to be generated in this clan?

That's fine with me but here's how the waiting limit works on the site that was coming up later on today. As we all know Pein's Deva Body once using it's Gravity powers it had to wait a certain time limit before using the jutsu again. Based on the rank from gathering just the basic information of how powerful and dangerous the jutsu is. The user will have to wait that certain time of post before using the jutsu or another at most. So following this chart here is what you'll get.

I do not approve of a Gravity Manipulating Clan. It is not fair for those that have done all the work to get/attain the element to have a Clan suddenly appear with the ability to use it. Big red Stamp NO.

Or perhaps it can be a limited amount of those in the clan as well as restricted to only those elements, Light, Dark, and Gravity, if they choose to go the route of starting of with the element?

Or even perhaps the element be locked within them, having only to fill certain requirements, having to die and be brought back to life like everyone else, but does not have to be Jounin, but Chuunin rather, and would not have to read the Force Manipulation scroll.

Just some suggestions to ponder over.

To be bluntly honest Im not even open to the gravity element being available PERIOD! I mean its uber powerful, sure its use comes with great downfall, but still, only ONE SHINOBI EVER could use it and that was with the assistance of the rinnegan. just my two cents

Actually... I do think there should be a limit to who can have the Gravity and Time and Space elements. I would say 2 for each element, until more member would show up, and the more the members, the more you increase the limit. And in order to get that element, you must follow the requirements and kill the person with the element you want, and use Elemental Compounding while their dead, therefore, locking that element from them, and unlocking it in you.
