Intro -
The most oddest yet interesting profession of them all. Having making anything an Art you'll be able to create the most out of anything. From using Paper, Ink, Clay or even Music either way the way it works is how you decide you want things to go.
Example Characters:

- Must Be Genin
- Must have Clay Pouch, Ink Container, Or Musical item
Out Look -
Positive:
- Able to have drawings attack
- Able to create anything from paper
- Clay is known as C1 -4
- They become Custom Jutsus

- Can run out of Clay
- Can run out of Ink

With Clay being an earth element one can control this power easily. However the user focus chakra into the clay to become a explosive. The user can run out of clay and be in a tight situation.
Effect: Able to create Ranks C1, C2, C3, C4 and C5 (Ranks D - S), Creation of Clay Jutsu
Damage Ranked: Max Chakra is based off of Chakra Control. (Ex. Chakra Control 10% = 10% can be poured)
C1 = Chakra + 40%
C2 = Chakra + 55%
C3 = Chakra + 70%
C4 = Chakra + 85%
C5 = Chakra + 100%

This allows a shinobi to control ink that is special made with chakra in it as well. Allowing the shinobi to fuse their chakra within their drawings to bring them to life. However their is a limit to how far the jutsu works or how many jutsus the user can use depending on their Ink Container.
Effect: Creations come to life, Creation of Ink Jutsu
Requirements: Chakra Ink
Restrictions: Must have Chakra Ink no other ink works.
<---Paper Manipulation
Taking the pride of Origami the shinobi is able to use Paper as a Jutsu style and cause heavy damage with this style. But being able to do this the battle against a Suiton user will be a bad idea cause then the jutsu and shinobi become useless.
Effect: Creation of Paper Jutsu
Requirement: Fuuton Element
Restriction: Making yourself become Paper State drains 25% of your Chakra (Must be done at the beginning of a battle)

Paper State -
This allows the shinobi to take the form of paper and float around on the field however even doing so the user if getting wet becomes useless and have to wait 4 turns to dry before being able to use the paper state again.
Effect: Evading Results +6%
Drain: 25% Chakra to use for 3 turns.

Using the powers of a musical instrument that stays beside the shinobi. They can control the power of genjutsu with the use of the sound vibrations of the air. However the shinobi must be a genjutsu type in order to use this form and carry the musical tool with them at all times.
Effect: Creating of Musical Genjutsu, Enables the user to create Hearing level Jutsus
Requirement: Must have Musical Tool, Must be Genjutsu Type

Increasing your speed and focusing your chakra quickly to your body or arm you'll be able to increase your speed for the Clay or ink jutsu to be up and ready for you no matter what. This is used best for sneak and sleath like missions.
Effect: Gain 1 extra Action
