Ninjutsu - Type
A shinobi that has pretty much can’t use Genjutsu or have a weak level of Taijutsu. The shinobi has learned to used Ninjutsu to help only them out in battle. Plus knowing the basics of Ninjutsu to create their very own jutsu.

Requirement:
- Must be any Rank

Pros
- Ninjutsu requirement word count decrease by 15%

Cons
- Genjutsu and Taijutsu Word count increases by +25%
- Cannot learn Genjutsu pass C Rank
- Cannot learn Taijutsu pass C Rank

Skills-
Ninjutsu Training –
Controlling you're chakra and learning mostly how to use you're jutsus in battle you've gained the ability to decrease chakra cost and use you're jutsus saving up on power.
Effect: Chakra Cost decreases by x10%

Chou Ninjutsu -
A great way of creating the perfect jutsu almost. This method allows a user to have any jutsu that is made out of pure chakra (ex. Rasengan or Chidori) and increases it damage to a new height. Which in the end creates a Chou Ninjutsu.
Effect: Chakra Poured / 2 = Increase to Damage
Requirement: Must create a Chakra Manipulation Jutsu
