CAPS REWORKED ON!

Starting tomorrow the new caps and TP system will be kicking in no matter what. All Caps were upped by x2. Ability Level however was reduced to 750 Words for one level. As well we will be having a race shortly.

I;'m hoping that at that we at least get 25 members before and that means bios must be created. September because if we do then i'll start the first new Chuunin Exams and it will be hosted somewhere in our world. That way we'll have enough members to get the site off the ground so everyone that gets a member or finds a site gets 5 TP points added to them. But you must have had the member join of free will and by showing them how to do things.

In all honesty 25 is a admirable goal, but realistically I would shoot for 10-15 members. But if we get 25 BOOYAH bitches! XD

btw... I blame you HEAVILY for this Haya....
