A small country that was created by a group of shinobi known as Azure Shinobi. Boarded by the Fire, Sound and Waterfall Country. No telling what elements lie within. Seeing as this was a cursed Country the clans may have issues.

The Village as a set number of rules during the time of it's creation to keep peace with in.
1. You must talk with the Azura Shinobi at the Guard Posts before entering. (When Present)
2. All Weapons on hand are to be taken and held at the front gates.
