A country far south that is covered in nothing but snow and ice. It has a few small forests. It was said that the country would never see spring what so ever. However due to the new leader spring has been appearing there once every few months.

Dotou's Compound -
More of a prison for those that betray Dotou's laws. But it's also the castle of Dotou in order to show his power. With the help of his snow shinobis he's well protected. It sits on the same site as the Kazahana Castle use to be placed at. Before having it be burned down.

Rainbow Glacier -
Every few years the Country's leader will place the Hex Key inside the Rainbow Glacier's Generator Terminal in order to have Spring appear and give people hope and peace in the country.
