The next element in the list is Doton the Earth element. This element is more of the defense side then the previous ones because of how its able to use the earth against its opponent.

Doton - Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu - Double Suicide Decapitation Technique
A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will travel through the ground to appear below their target. They will then surprise their target by then pulling them into the ground. Once in the ground their target is thus immobilized.

Doton - Koudo Bureeka no jutsu - Earth Breaker
A ninjutsu used by the stone country shinobi to allow them to destroy a floor or ceiling of rocks above or below them. This can be very dangerous due to the shock causing an fall of giant rocks that could crush or kill you.

Doton - Jishin Suramu no jutsu - Earthquake Slam
A ninjutsu that is used to destroy the ground from under the opponent by having the user slam their hands to the ground or any part of the body for that matter. The ground shakes falling to pieces making it hard to stand on.

Doton - Dochuu Eigyo - Underground Fish Projection
A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. Similar to the Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu, this technique works based upon the same premise of underground travel. The user will continue to stay hidden underground, however, popping up periodically whenever they plan to strike. It has clones that are able to to just be walked straight through.

Defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with their hands, a large wall of earth will rise into place as defense.

Doton - Doryuu Taiga - Earth Flow River
A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and transform the ground upon which the enemy stands into a river of mud.

Doton - Retsudo Tenshou - Revolving Split Earth Palm
A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. When the ninja forms the needed hand seals and slams their palm to the ground, surrounding rock will begin to churn and twist up crushing all those trapped within it.

A ninjutsu earth element that allows the user to slam their fists to the ground to create a rock from like barrier around their enemies. Leaving only one way out that could be a trap.

Doton - Doryou Dango - Mausoleum Earth Dumpling
A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with their hands, the user is able to overturn the earth into a large dumpling shape chunk of earth the size of a mausoleum. Using their ability to manipulate the earth, the user can lift up the ball and hurl it at their opponent, flattening all in its path.

A defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and then spew a line of mud onto the ground. The mud will then grow into a large mud wall to help defend against incoming attack.

Doton - Doryuu Katsu - Earth Style Split
A ninjutsu that use the earth element. The ninja who will do this move will place their hands to the ground. This will cause the earth to rise up and split apart. Once removing your hands from the ground then the earth rising shall stop.

A ninjutsu that uses the earth element. This move allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. This moves loosen the rocks and can create a cave in.

Using the Earth elemental, the user can harden their body. While in this hardened state, the user can withstand incoming attacks. In this form, they can also dish out much more powerful Taijutsu strikes.

Doton - Kuchiyose * Tsuiga no Jutsu - Tracking Fang Technique
The user will withdraw the tracking scroll from the pouch on their vest and wipe the blood of the one they want tracked on it. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will slam the scroll onto the ground. This will release the nin-dogs into the earth to follow their excellent sense of smell to track the target’s blood. After finding their target, the dogs will emerge from the ground to bite and pin down the target, setting them up for a follow up attack.
